New UDA Television & Radio Commercial Agreement Concluded and Webinar

After over 3 years of negotiations, the Joint Producers Association (APC) and the Union des Artistes (UDA) have concluded a new Television & Radio Commercial Agreement, replacing the previous contract which expired in March 2009. The three-year agreement will take effect September 1, 2012.
