Application Checklist
- Review "Membership Criteria" to ensure that your company qualifies for ICA membership.
- Send a letter of intent for ICA membership to ICA's President, Ms. Jani Yates. Completed letters of intent can be emailed to jyates@icacanada.ca or mailed to:

- A copy of the agency's most recently completed financial statements should be confidentially forwarded to ICA Vice-President of Finance, Melissa Myers, CA by email to mmyers@icacanada.ca or you can mail it to:

After the ICA is in receipt of the above mentioned items, the following steps will be taken:
- Visit by ICA staff member to your agency.
- Approval by ICA Board of Directors.

Membership Criteria
An applicant can be any organization that is engaged in the business of providing communication services to clients who are advertisers or other entities that provide communication services that are not owned in part or full by an advertiser.
Jani Yates, (416) 482-1396 Ext. 230 is always ready to discuss an application for membership with interested agency principals.
Schedule of ICA Fees
BASED ON GROSS REVENUE INFORMATION FROM MEMBER'S LATEST FISCAL YEAR END PRIOR TO JUNE 30TH OF THE CURRENT YEAR.

All net revenues on advertising-related activities such as Advertising, PR, Art/Design, Studios, Direct Marketing, Interactive, Sales Promotion, Media Services, New Media etc. (That is to say only income you derive from your commissions and fees, not media or production sales.) Net income is all the income you retain, from which you are able to pay your operating expenses and make a profit.
