The CAAP program is for people who want to excel in the communications profession. CAAP focuses on enhancing communications planning skills and is the only professional accreditation program recognized by the Canadian communications industry.

  • Build your branding and communications planning knowledge.
  • Develop your ability to analyze and synthesize strategic insight.
  • Learn to leverage communications tools to advantage.
  • Increase your work effectiveness.
  • Build your skill to inspire teamwork.

Candidates for the CAAP program should have an undergraduate business degree/diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of industry experience in an agency, client and/or communications service organization to benefit most from this program.
